We slept reasonably well in the Krabi La Playa Resort in Ao Nang.
We have an abundant breakfast.

Looks like today we're going to do what we wanted yesterday, a quiet day.
We do not book a tour, but we go for a walk, not on the busy boulevard with shops, restaurants and so on, but in the other direction.
But first Pia has to exchange a bathing suit that she bought last night and that doesn't fit properly.
And then we indeed go for a walk, along Hat Noppharat Thara It is indeed a lot quieter there, there are fewer shops, fewer hotels, fewer restaurants and fewer people.
We walk towards Ao Nang Landmark and on the way Pia buys a bathing suit.
We come across an Amazon Café and we drink a cup of (ice) coffee. Ao Nang Landmark promises to be a lot, but a lot is still under construction and like everything this side of Ao Nang it's quiet.
We walk back along the beach, also plenty of space here. We wonder what it will look like here in two years.

When we get back we go to our room and sit quietly on the balcony for a while. Then we get hungry around two o'clock and want to eat, Pia actually wants Japanese food. We search on Google Maps and find some Japanese food in Ao Nang, but far away. Fortunately there is also a Japanese restaurant near the Kasikorn Bank and we walk in that direction.
When we walk along Ao Nang Rialto, close to the hotel, we decide to eat there anyway, we know that we can sit there reasonably well and quietly. The pasta we order tastes good but is very heavy, that will not be eaten tonight.
We spend the rest of the afternoon on our terrace and room.
